Margaux Le Brun
A marine biology graduate, professional diver, underwater photographer and camerawoman, she devotes her work today to education, awareness and the conservation of the marine environment. Before specialising in shark diving, she took part in coral restoration and repropagation projects in Indonesia, developing early on a hands-on approach focused on action and the protection of ecosystems. She has guided hundreds of divers worldwide in encounters with the great marine predators, always aiming to promote respectful, safe ecotourism that benefits local communities and the environment. Beyond expeditions, Margaux takes part in audiovisual and documentary projects committed to the ocean. She notably contributed, as mission photographer and second underwater camera, to a UNESCO-backed documentary film in the Azores, alongside Roberto Rinaldi, the renowned cameraman of Jacques Cousteau.
